If you are having trouble using the CRCT Practice site, make sure you DON'T have Yahoo or Google toolbars loaded on your computer. Here’s how to check:       

Go to START
Choose Settings
Choose Control Panel
Choose Add or Remove Programs

    When the list of your programs loads, look for Google Toolbar.  If you find it, click it to select it and then choose Remove.  Follow any prompts to remove it.

    Next, scroll down searching for Yahoo Toolbar.  Click it to select it and choose Remove.  Again, follow any prompts to remove it.
   
    Close the Control Panel and go back online to the CRCT Practice site.   You should be able to login now as long as you have your pop-up blocker turned off.
